Families on Missions International, Inc.

Overview

We help mobilize families by organizing, facilitating, & leading shared mission experiences.

Established: Work began in February 2015. Families on Mission International is a tax-exempt, non-profit Knoxville based organization committed to reaching the world one family at a time with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Mission Statement: Teaching and training parents to be mission minded so families are on mission 24/7. This is done in partnership with Calvary Road Ministries, Sports Reach Ministry, Sevier Heights Baptist Church, Wellspring of Life and other mission organizations & churches.

The Mission Opportunity Impact: As a ministry we recognize the value of shared mission experiences as a family. Whether it is a one day or one week short term mission trip experience, we believe God can use these experiences to connect parents with their children for a lifetime. These trips can change the life of a family member as God has an opportunity to work in and through their life. Often times, families can become inward focused and forget the Great Commission God has called us to fulfill. Exposure to shared mission experiences, whether in Knoxville or around the world, will help families to get out of their comfort zone and enable them to mature spiritually.
